Instances were a job description may not work

Some roles such executive and other high management positions will have to work on their own intuitive and a job description can only list some aspects of these roles. A director for instance may have to take on other roles even though in his job description it may not be covered, so there are limitations when it comes to building a job description that must be taken into account.
